The United Kingdom’s premier interior designers gathered at The Lancaster London Hotel, Hyde Park, London, on Friday 28th October for the results of the UK Property Awards, in association with Bloomberg Television and Google.
Callister Russell, an independent interior design consultancy established for creating ultra luxury lifestyle interiors for the property market, came up against other industry leaders, including Candy and Candy and Katherine Pooley, to be awarded Highly Commended in the category of Residential Property Interior for their project ‘Aurora’, a property in Surrey. Henrietta Perry, director at Callister Russell, comments: “We were thrilled to receive such an accolade for our contribution to the industry. The team at Callister Russell worked extremely hard on Aurora and it is fantastic to gain recognition for something we are very proud of.”
These awards, combined with the other regional awards’ programmes for Arabia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific, form the globally renowned International Property Awards. Established 17 years ago, they are the world’s most prestigious property competition and cover residential as well as commercial categories. Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 80 experts and covering every aspect of the property business.
President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shield, says, “I enjoy having the chance to meet some of the UK’s finest interior designers who, in spite of facing real market challenges, have been able not only to meet them but also to excel over them.”
